Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase, as placing an order with our store means you fully agree to the terms outlined below. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than items arriving damaged or broken. This includes, but is not limited to, change of mind, ordering the wrong item, ordering the wrong size or color, dissatisfaction with the product, or any personal preference after the order has been placed.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if your item arrives damaged or broken due to shipping. If your order arrives in this condition, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for consideration. Requests submitted after this time frame will not be accepted under any circumstances. To submit a claim, you are required to provide your order number along with clear photo or video evidence showing the damage. Photos of the original packaging, including the shipping box and label, may also be required. Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in your request being denied.

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If your claim is approved, we reserve the right to issue either a replacement or a refund at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide both. Any claims that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or outside the terms of this policy will be denied.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for normal wear and tear, damage caused after delivery, misuse, mishandling, improper care, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or items damaged after receipt. Shipping delays, carrier issues, or lost packages are not grounds for a refund unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to this Return and Refund Policy in full.
