Cancellation policy

By placing an order with our store, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final once submitted. Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed after they have been placed. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations due to change of mind, incorrect product selection, incorrect shipping address, or any other reason after checkout has been completed.

We begin processing orders immediately after purchase to ensure fast handling and fulfillment. Because of this, cancellation requests made after an order is placed will not be accepted under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details carefully before completing checkout.

Pre-orders are final and non-refundable. Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded for any reason.

If an order must be canceled due to circumstances on our end, such as inventory issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion. In such cases, any payment already processed will be refunded to the original payment method.

Subscription purchases or special purchase options (if applicable) are subject to the same cancellation rules unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle (if offered) will result in the charge being processed, and no refunds will be issued.

Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted in violation of this policy may result in denial of future purchases and permanent restriction from our store. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy in full.
