We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, and shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
